After graduating from Georgetown University in 1986 and earning a degree in business administration and marketing, I ventured into the leather business; however, it wasn't until years later that I realized my true passion was real estate; therefore, in 2002 I obtained my real estate license and shortly thereafter I obtained my CCIM designation. After becoming licensed, I served as the director for the commercial real estate division for Century 21 Clemens & Sons here in Connecticut from 2005-2014. However, I'm not only a commercial realtor, I'm also a real estate investor too. In fact, throughout years I've owned my own portfolio of investment properties as well as managed properties for myself and my clients. One of the things that I love most about my job as a commercial realtor is that I'm able to use my education in marketing and business along with my experience in real state to help my clients maximize the profitability of the commercial real estate that they already own as well as prevent them from making costly mistakes with the commercial real estate that they want to buy or sell. When it comes to my relationship with my clients, my philosophy is simple; "My success is tied directly to your success".
