Agent Recruiter - 2 positions available

Full time or part time.

Work from home.

The agent recruiter is responsible for recruiting new agents, explaining why Clermont Real Estate is a great place to work, what sets our agency apart from other real estate firms, and determining if our agency is a good fit for the prospective agent.

Compensation will be based on performance.

The candidate will be required to sign a non-compete agreement.

This position reports directly to the managing broker and/or the associate broker.

Licensed sales agent - 8 positions available

Full time or part time.

Work from home.

Must be licensed or on the path to becoming licensed.

On the job training will be provided.

All sales agents must adhere to strong ethical standards.

The candidate must have good verbal communication and writing skills.

In this position you will be developing relationships with prospective clients, showing properties, holding open houses, writing contracts, negotiating offers, and managing the transaction up to the time of closing.

We offer a 75% commission split in favor of our agents.

We also pay for your E&O insurance and your general liability insurance.

We do not charge our agents desk fees, copy fees, insurance fees, office fees, technology fees, or fees for signs. This means that you get to keep more of your commission.

The commission will be paid at the time of closing or lease signing.

Referral Agent - 10 positions available

Full time or part time.

Work from home.

To be a referral agent you must either hold a valid real estate sales license or a valid real estate brokers license.

All referral agents must adhere to strong ethical standards.

You will receive a 25% referral fee on all transactions that successfully close.

The commission will be paid at the time of closing or lease signing.
