I grew up in Meriden, and I was in business in Meriden for decades. My wife Maribeth and I have called Old Saybrook home for over 18 years. We are proud to say that we have 5 adult children and 5 grand children. I first became licensed as a Realtor in 2016; however, my career in real estate started much earlier than that. In fact, it spans from 1982 to date. Beginning in the early 1980’s, I began building a portfolio of investment properties which included single family homes, multi family homes, mixed use properties, commercial properties, and tracts of land; all of which I managed up until I retired in 2016. After retiring, I transitioned from a business that owned real estate and distributed fuel throughout CT & NY into real estate full time, and I must say that I love what I do; more so, because I get to use the experience that I acquired throughout the years to help my clients make better informed decisions with their real estate needs. And, it’s been very gratifying throughout the years to be able to provide guidance to those who are purchasing their first home to companies that want to grow their commercial portfolio like I once did.
